This month in Leader in Me, students are learning about Think Win-Win, which encourages them to find solutions where everyone benefits and to support others along the way. Families can reinforce this habit at home by encouraging children to be aware of opportunities to help others and to practice kindness and fairness in everyday situations. Learning to work toward win-win solutions helps students build positive relationships and strong leadership skills for the future.
